TJ Dance Studio recital highlights local dance students

by Carolyn Butler
DUVALL - TJ Dance Studio showcases the talents of dance students from around the Valley in its annual dance recitals on Saturday, June 23, and Sunday, June 24. These recitals have become eagerly anticipated events for the entire community.
Families and neighbors work together with Jayne Hancock and Peg Burnside, owners and teachers at the popular dance studio, to present a spectacular kaleidoscope of color, movement and sound. Dancers from two to 70-something delight audiences with tap, jazz, ballet and funk performances. With special lighting and sound effects, glittering costumes and infectious energy, these lively shows fill the Cedarcrest High School theater with enthusiastic audiences year after year.
