18-year-old shot during home invasion

*Two armed suspects shot an 18-year-old Bothell man last week during a "home invasion." The man was taken to Harborview Hospital for treatment. Four other people were in the apartment when the shooting occured, including a three-year-old boy.
  

Authorities investigate crash, shoplifting in Woodinville

*The Washington State Patrol continues to investigate the one-car collision that occurred Saturday, June 9, in the 24000 block of 75th Avenue Southeast, just north of the King-Snohomish county line.
  

Upper Bear Creek Council to meet

*The Upper Bear Creek Community Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, at the Woodinville Water District Office, 17238 NE Woodinville-Duvall Rd.

Obituary: Cornelius Sinnema

*Cornelius Sinnema was born Nov. 12, 1920, and passed away June 11.
