Northshore 2001 college graduates

Susan Mary Fraley, daughter of Ken and Mary Lawson of Woodinville, received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University on May 12. She is a 1993 graduate of Woodinville High School and a 1997 graduate of Concordia College in Minnesota. She is in practice at the Animal Care and Laser Center in Oak Harbor.
   Shawna Joy Behling, daughter of Roy and Karen Behling of Woodinville, earned a bachelor of arts degree in English from Seattle University June 10. She will continue her studies in Paris and Dublin. She will spend this summer building housing for the homeless in Tijuana, Mexico, and will also serve as a camp counselor at River Ranch Girl Scout Camp in Carnation. In the fall she will continue tutoring for the Seattle University Literacy Program and volunteering with the Kitchen Soup Brigade and the Aids Alliance. She is employed as a medical technician at Virginia Mason Hospital.
   Adam James Cornell of Woodinville graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School on May 19 with a juris doctor degree.
   Jeffery Joseph Mason, son of Gregory and Linda Mason of Woodinville, graduated from The Evergreen College in Olympia with a bachelor of arts degree.
   Alicia Stankus graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor of arts degree in women's studies. She has been accepted into the University of Oregon's School of Law. Stankus previously earned a USFSA gold medal in ice dancing and has been coaching for four years at Kingsgate Ice Arena.
   Lauren Barnhart, daughter of Ron and Cathy Barnhart of Woodinville, graduated from George Fox University with a bachelor of science degree in family and consumer sciences with an emphasis in fashion merchandising/interior design.
   Ricks College (Rexburg, Idaho) graduates included Bothell: Tiffany A. Johanson (family science), Jessica A. Woodley (elementary education); Kenmore: Melissa E. Luke (graphic design/illustration); Woodinville: Ryan R. Denton (business management).
   Gretchen Schmidt of Woodinville was a spring graduate from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Mont.
   Erin S. McAlexander of Woodinville, graduated from Vanguard University of Southern California with a degree in psychology.
   Spring graduates from University of Oregon included Robin Lynn Guettler (English) from Fall City and Erin Marie Letterman (art) from Woodinville.
