Saturdays at the Farm

Living Legacy Community Ranch is offering Saturdays at the Farm this summer.
Ride the ponies, meet and feed the farm animals, enjoy children's art activities, shop for farm-fresh eggs and veggies, take a farm nature walk and browse through displays on farmland preservation.
The program runs each Saturday through the end of August. Hours are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is a $2 donation for adults; children are free. Pony rides are $3 per ride with a weight limit of 65 pounds.
Special July events include storyteller Steven Bourne who will tell legends of plants and animals Saturday, July 21 at 11:30 p.m.
On July 28 a nature journaling class is planned. In August there will be farm skits (Aug. 4); storytelling (Aug. 11); drawing class (Aug. 18); and a closing celebration (Aug. 25).
The Living Legacy Community Ranch is located near Woodinville at 13651 Woodinville-Redmond Rd. (Hwy 202). Saturdays at the Farm is sponsored by FARM LLC, a group working to protect farmland and support farmers in the Sammamish Valley.
