Arthur B. Johnson

At his request no services were held for Arthur B. Johnson, 84, of Woodinville, formerly of Issaquah. Mr. Johnson died at Evergreen Hospice July 25.
   He was born Feb. 15, 1917, in Chicago, Ill., the son of Arthur and Lillian Johnson. He married Inge R. Madsen in Chicago Feb. 15, 1917. They moved to Belleue in 1951. Mr. Johnson was employed as an engineer with the Boeing Company until his retirement in 1981. Following the death of his wife on June 7, 1998, he moved to Woodinville.
   Mr. Johnson enjoyed rock, stamp and coin collecting.
   He is survived by three daughters, Linda Nicolaysen and Peggy Strauss, both of Redmond, and Cathy Arnold of Everett; sisters, Ruth Wall of Pennsylvania and Irene Rawes of Virginia; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
