CARNATION POLICE BEAT

August 6 - At 8:39 a.m., a school district employee reported finding damage to the bus barn fence, which had last been seen intact at about midnight on Aug. 3. Suspect(s) had apparently stood on top of a four-foot fence outside the property, cut the barbed-wire on top of the school district fence and climbed over it, standing on the hood of a vehicle on the way down.
The shoe print was from an unknown brand of tennis shoe. On the way out, apparently, the suspect(s) cut some of the ties to the fence and crawled under it. No damage or loss to property, vehicles or buildings was found, beyond the fence damage. No fingerprints were found, and there are no known suspects at this time.
