Paving set to begin on Bothell Way Northeast (State Route 522)

BOTHELL - Starting after Labor Day, construction crews will begin a one-mile resurfacing project on Bothell Way Northeast (State Route 522) between 80th Avenue and 100th Avenue Northeast.
Motorists traveling this section of Bothell Way should expect single lane closures in both directions on weeknights between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning, and on weekend nights from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. the following morning.
Also during eight weekends, which have yet to be scheduled, this section of Bothell Way will have multiple lane closures around the clock between 8 p.m. each Friday and 5 a.m. the following Monday. During those weekends, traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction, and significant traffic congestion is expected. This project is expected to be complete by year's end.
