Letters to the Editor

Questions about roundabouts

*This is a copy of a letter sent to Woodinville City Council member Don Brocha.
   Dear Councilman Brocha,

Roundabouts are safe

*The following three letters were written in response to Mr. Korff's letter above.

Why no try out a roundabout similar to the one being considered

*Thank you for you comments and concerns regarding safety at this intersection. We too share your concerns. Safety was one of the key reasons that a roundabout is being considered.

The roundabout would be more business-friendly

*Thank you for your input. I have asked the City Clerk to retrieve and send you the meeting minutes you have requested.

Brightwater siting committee is voice of the people

*I recently read a letter-to-the-editor of July 30 by Christina Morrissey. As a member of the Siting Advisory Committee (SAC), I would like the opportunity to let citizens know what we do.
