Erin and Tuxedo win

In competition at the Western Washington State Fair, Erin Calcagni, a seventh grader at Leota Junior High, and her miniature horse, Tuxedo, represented Snohomish County in the 4-H International Driving Division for ages 11-14.
   To qualify for the State Fair, the two were the County Champions in Trail-in-Hand. At the State Fair, Erin and Tuxedo competed with harness exhibitors from all over Washington State. Calcagni and Tuxedo were awarded the 2001 Washington state Reserve Champion in Intermediate Harness Fitting and Showing. They were also awarded fifth place in Intermediate Pleasure Driving. She is a member of the Woodinville Ridge Riders 4-H Club.
