Junior High Gym Night
   Junior high students are invited to drop in to shoot some hoops, play ping-pong, or just hang out with friends and have a slice of pizza.
   Frank Love Elementary (303 224th St. SW) - Mondays, through Dec. 17, 5- 6:30 p.m.
   Canyon Creek Elementary (21400 35th Ave SE) - Wednesdays, through Dec. 19, 5:30 - 7 p.m.
   All junior high students are free.
   Cooking with Whole Foods Series 1
   Class covers baking healthy with whole grains, quick and healthy soups, delicious dinners and salads.
   Soups and Salads: Alexas on Main - Monday, Oct 15, 7-8:30 p.m.
   Healthy Meals: Alexas on Main - Monday, Oct 22, 7-8:30 p.m.
   For ages 16 and up, $25 per class.
   First Aid/CPR
   New this fall, the CPR class will be teaching the revised American Heart Association curriculum. Each session is held at the Downtown Fire House (Station 42). Only one session under each category is needed to receive a two-year certification card for that category. All classes taught by Bothell Fire and EMS.
   Heartsaver CPR for Adults: Downtown Fire House (10726 Beardslee Blvd.) - Thursday, Oct. 11, 7 - 10 p.m.
   Heartsaver CPR for Children: Downtown Fire House (10726 Beardslee Blvd.) - Thursday, Oct. 18, 7 - 10 p.m.
   Cost per person is $25per session.

   Introduction to Scrapbooking
   Learn how to turn those piles of photos and memorabilia into beautiful photo-safe albums. Learn cropping techniques, mounting options, fast page layout ideas, journal basics, photo organization and how to get started. Creative Memories products will be demonstrated and displayed.

   Scrapbooking - Fall Workshops
   Bring your scrapbooking projects, boxes of photos and make the commitment once a month to work on your photos and complete your album projects.
   Police Department Community Room - Thursday, October 11, 7 - 10 p.m.
   Ages 12 and up. $10 per person per class.
   Scrapbooking - Power Layout
   A must for every scrapbooker. Learn to sort, crop, design and prep for mounting 30 pages into your scrapbook album at one time. This hands-on class will empower you to easily maintain and catch up on mounds of photos. Bring enough photos for 30 album pages, approximately. 240 photos. Class is designed for scrapbookers using the 12x12 album size.

   Ages 12 & up. $10 per person per class.
   Back to Basics Cooking Series
   Learn how to make basic meals that will please any palate. Learn some fabulous appetizers to take to parties. Leigh will share recipes for some savory favorites along with quick salad ideas. Intimidated by baking? Fear not. You will learn the ins and outs of dough - both for pies and breads. Go ahead, treat your family to a homemade supper. Taught by professional caterer & restaurateur Leigh Henderson.

   Summer Salads: Alexas on Main - Thursday, Oct 18, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
   All ages, $30 per person per class.
   Flower Arranging
   This two-night class will teach you how to make beautiful arrangements like the pros. Just in time for the holidays. This is a hands on class. You will have something great to take home with you after each session. Session I focuses on basic flower arranging. Session II takes it one step further. This session will focus on your questions and interests from Session I.
   Shannon's Flowers & Gifts - Tuesday, Oct 16 and 23, 7 - 9 p.m.
   Ages 18 & up. $42 per person.
