Produced with support from King County Councilmember Louise Miller, District 3, the pamphlet, "Harvest Time in N.E. King County," offers families information about what's happening on local farms throughout the fall.
Included are farm listings, a harvest chart, farmer's market information and some fun farm facts. Readers will also find details on the "Puget Sound Fresh" program and how to locate locally-grown products at area markets.
Produced in conjunction with the "Puget Sound Fresh" program, the pamphlet includes a map detailing how to find local farms that welcome the public for visits.
