Obituary: Edith Lide (Littell) Allendar
Edith Allendar, age 93, died Oct. 3 at Regency Care Center of Monroe. Born Aug. 30, 1908, in Glenwood Springs, Colo., she married Charles Allendar in 1932. They moved to Woodinville in 1941. Charles died in 1980. Mrs. Allendar lived in the family home until December 2000.
She is survived by a sister, Elise Meacham of Auburn; two sons, Robert Allendar and wife Shuzie of Monroe, and Don Allendar and wife Lyn of Preston; daughter, Della Ryner and husband Larry of Snohomish; seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held for the family.
A celebration of her life will be held at the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodge (610 S. Lewis Street) in Monroe on Nov. 3 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
