Going Out: Celebrate the seasons at Ste. Michelle
Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery will help wine lovers and community members get in the holiday spirit with wine and food appreciation classes and holiday events this season. A portion of the proceeds from these events will benefit Northwest Harvest.
Learn how to decorate your table and prepare tasty dishes for holiday entertaining, or what cheeses to pair with your favorite wines.
Holiday Entertaining with Food & Wine
Nov 18, noon-2 p.m.
Chateau Ste. Michelle Executive Chef Janet Hedstrom and her culinary elves demonstrate creative ideas on how to decorate your table and serve your favorite dishes for the holiday season.
In addition, the winery's Culinary Director John Sarich will sign copies of his newest cookbook, "Entertaining Simply: Celebrate the Season." Sarich has written three cookbooks and is host of the TV show "Best of Taste: Flavors of the Pacific Coast."

Wine and Cheese
Nov 19, 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. Sample Chateau Ste. Michelle award-winning wines as the latest releases are paired with cheeses that enhance the wine- tasting experience. The cost is $5 per person collected at the door. Reservations are not required.
Holiday Kickoff - Lighting of the Chateau
Nov. 25, 3-5 p.m.
An afternoon of seasonal cheer awaits as visitors enjoy award-winning Ste. Michelle wines with a variety of cheeses.
The lighting of the chateau grounds follows at 5 p.m. The cost is $5 per person collected at the door.
Reservations are not required.
Dec. 2, 9, 16
Local musicians will make joyful noise as they play their favorite holiday songs in the chateau lobby. There is no charge to attend this event for guests who donate a nonperishable food item at the door. Times: Dec. 2, 1-3 p.m.; Dec. 9, 2-4 p.m.; Dec. 16, 3-5 p.m.
