Plant daffodils for brave hearts CARNATION--A living memorial is planned for the Snoqualmie Valley Trail in the form of daffodils. The flowers are a tribute to firefighters, police officers and military heroes. The public is invited to plant one or more daffodils bulbs on the trail over the Thanksgiving Day weekend, on Thanksgiving Day, from 9-noon, Friday and Saturday from 10-3. Volunteers will be at Loutsis Park off East Entwistle. Bring your own bulbs and a shovel.
