Learn to identify birds in Woodinville

Every winter the King County's Interpretive Programs Office gets phone calls about identifying birds at backyard feeders.
Private Backyard in Woodinville - I Saw This Bird in My Backyard is your chance to learn more about what birds to expect when, what seeds to use to attract what birds and what bird is that anyway. The class will be held on Saturday, Jan.12, from 9 -11 a.m.
A great area backyard will be used for identifying birds common to a winter bird feeder.
Dress for the weather; the class will be held outside.
Bring binoculars if you have them.
The event is co-sponsored by East Lake Washington Audubon Society. Call (206) 296-4171 to register or for directions.
