Bothell now offering passport services at Municipal Court

BOTHELL - Beginning Monday, Feb. 4, citizens no longer need to commute outside the city to apply for a new or renewed passport. Bothell now offers passport services at the Bothell Municipal Court (10116 NE 183rd St.).
Applications can be made on Monday, Thursday and Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. only. Passport applications are then submitted to the U.S. Department of State for final processing. While all paperwork is available and can be completed through the Bothell, neither passports nor passport photos are issued onsite at the Municipal Court. For a listing of local passport photo locations, call (425) 487-5587.
The passport fee for ages 16 years and older is $45, the fee for 15 years and under is $25 and are payable to the U.S. Department of State; there is a $15 Execution Fee per passport that is paid to Bothell as a Passport Acceptance Facility; all fees are payable at the time of application. Personal checks, money orders and cash will be accepted.
