Duvall Police Beat

   Jan. 28 - An officer responded with a King County deputy to a disturbance near Lake Margaret. Three males and one female were contacted inside a residence. All had been drinking. One of the males and the female were arrested on outstanding warrants.
  
   A male driver was stopped for failing to stop for a stop light. A routine check revealed the driver had a suspended license and a $10,000 warrant for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested and booked into King County Jail.
   A local man was stopped for a traffic violation. He was arrested for driving while license suspended in the 3rd degree. During a search incident to arrest, the officer found drug paraphernalia and marijuana. Charges were filed.
   Jan. 30 - While investigating a snowball throwing complaint, the officer stopped a suspect vehicle. A passenger in the vehicle was arrested on a warrant for minor in possession of alcohol and booked.
   Feb. 2 - A theft of a cell phone from an unlocked car was reported to police.
   The victim said the phone was taken from his unlocked truck was he was shopping.
   Feb. 2 - Officers responded with the fire department to a clothes dryer fire on Allen Court.
   Feb. 3 - A report was taken of mailicious mischief involving an automobile. The victim's vehicle was scratched with some type of instrument. The victim and a witness provided statements and suspect information.
