*The Sorenson site has been a fixture in Woodinville for 30 years. The Sorenson school site opened in 1972.

1st District town hall meeting

*Sen. Rosemary McAuliffe (D-Bothell), Rep. Al O'Brien (D-Mountlake Terrace) and Rep. Jeanne Edwards (D-Bothell) will be hosting a town hall meeting to discuss legislative issues from 10 a.m. to noon

Bothell to hold open houses

*The Bothell Planning Commission and City staff will host two open houses to solicit public input on the Major Comprehensive Plan Update from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20 and 27 in the Public Safety Bulding community room, 18410 101st Ave. NE, Bothell.
  

Red-hot Valentine's Day celebration rocks Brittany Park

'Mended Heart' at Valentine dinner

*Tillers Fellowship Group of Lake Forest Park Presbyterian Church will hold its annual Valentine Dinner, Friday, Feb. 15, at 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.

Mixed Media - Wintered Art Show

*The Eastside Association of Fine Arts' Wintered Art Show will be held at the Rosalie Whyel Museum of Doll Art. The show is free to the public Feb. 18-24.

WUUC offers seminar

Duvall Police Beat

*An officer responded with a King County deputy to a disturbance near Lake Margaret. Three males and one female were contacted inside a residence.
