Bus service improvements planned for SR 522 corridor

If you live or work in Woodinville, Bothell, Kenmore, Lake Forest Park, Shoreline, or northeast Seattle improved bus service is on the way.
   King County Metro Transit and Sound Transit have been looking at ways to improve all-day bus service along the State Route 522 corridor from Woodinville to Seattle.
   The research that went into this project has been comprehensive, but feedback from the public is still needed.
   There are two upcoming open-house style meetings that the public can attend, plus an online questionnaire that people are invited to fill out.
   If you are using transit, take Metro routes 238, 307, 312, 341, 372 or Community Transit routes 105 or 120, a meeting is planned for Tuesday, Feb. 12, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Bothell Police Department, Community Room, 18410 101st Avenue N.E., Bothell
   For those who use transit, take Metro routes 64, 65, 306, 307, 308, 312 or 372, there will be a meeting on Wednesday, February 13, 7 to 9 p.m. at Lake City Elks Lodge No. 1800, 14540 Bothell Way N.E., in Lake Forest Park
   The on-line questionnaire must be completed by Friday, Feb. 22, and is linked on the Metro Online Web site at transit.metrokc.gov, or a print version can be obtained by calling Patrick Duhon at (206) 263-3424 (voice) or (206) 684-1682 (TTY).
