Feb. 4 - Criminal traffic: An officer using his on-board computer to check a license plate discovered the registered owner of the vehicle had a suspended license. The driver was arrested and his vehicle was impounded.
Feb. 5 - Domestic disturbance: A woman called 911 and reported she had been assaulted by her husband. After interviewing both parties, police arrested the husband who will be charged with 4th degree assault, domestic violence. He was booked into King County Jail.
Feb. 5 - Agency Assist: A motorist contacted an officer and asked directions to the nearest hospital. The man then told the officer his symptoms. The fire department was called to the location. Fire personnel evaluated the patient and transported him to the hospital.
Feb. 6 - Lost property: A citizen reported her cell phone missing from her vehicle. She provided police with the serial number, brand and model.
Feb. 8 - Domestic disturbance: Officers responded to a verbal disturbance between father and daughter. Officers stayed at the house until the daughter collected her clothes and left the house.
Feb. 9 - Malicious mischief: a resident reported her house and car had been tagged with barbecue sauce, mayonnaise and lotion. She provided suspect information. Three suspects were contacted, detained and questioned. All three suspects admitted to being involved in the vandalism. Charges are pending.
Feb. 9 - Criminal traffic: A woman was stopped for expired vehicle license tabs. A routine check on her driving status revealed the license was suspended in the 3rd degree. She was arrested and charged. with driving while license suspended.
Feb. 9 - Officers assisted Washington State Patrol with a one-car accident at N.E. 124th on SR-203. Duvall fire personnel treated the female driver at the scene. The troopers then arrested her for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
