New look for Chateau entrance

Chateau Ste. Michelle on Northeast 145th Street is pulling up all of the grapevines out front of the Chateau near the entrance. The winery will re-landscape the area with grass and trees. It will plant new grape vines along the drive into the property. "We think the community is going to love the new look," said Keith Love, vice president of communications. The grape vines are for looks only. The grapes used to make the Chateau's wines are all grown in Eastern Washington, near the Columbia River.
