*Thelma and Warren Dulin were married April 10, 1937, and will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary with family and friends in Woodinville.
  

Resource fair for seniors

*Evergreen Hospital Medical Center, in partnership with the Northshore Senior Center, is offering an interactive resource fair for seniors Friday, April 12, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Evergreen Hospital Medical Center, 12040 NE 128th St. in Kirkland.

Jaguar to get new digs at Woodland Park Zoo

*Ground was officially broken recently for the Woodland Park Zoo's new, naturalistic jaguar habitat, which will be located in the Tropical Rain Forest exhibit.

*A new Talk Time English class will begin April 24 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Evergreen room at the old Sorenson building in Woodinville.
  

Obituary: Gertrude Rose (Jenne) Northup

*Born in Dent, Minn., Gertrude was the third child of William and Cecil 'Grace' Jenne and graduated from Fergus Falls High School.

Local musician struck by illness

*A fund to help the recovery of one of Duvall's own, William Bertman, has begun at Pumps & Grinds Speakeasy Cafˇ.

Benefit raffle for local cancer victim

*A benefit raffle is being held at the Duvall Safeway store to help Patsy Temke, a store employee, who has been under treatment for cancer.
