Local students receive college tuition award for excellence in voc-tech education

* Philip Mangano of Mount Si High School and Morgan Luce of Cedarcrest High School are among 146 high school, skills center and community and technical college students named last week as recipients of the 2002 Washington Award for Vocation Excellence (WAVE) by the state Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board.
