Discount fair tickets on sale in Monroe

*The Monroe Chamber of Commerce is now selling Discount Carnival tickets for the Evergreen State Fair, to be held Aug. 22 through Sept. 2. Ticket books are $15 each, 36 tickets per book; rides require multiple tickets.
