June 25 - Officers responded to the area of 28000 block of NE 142nd for an assault in progress. By the time police arrived, the suspect had fled on foot into a wooded area. A canine unit from Redmond Police Department was called to the scene to attempt to find the suspect. The suspect was not located but the victim provided the police with good identification. Charges will be filed.
June 26 - The police responded to a local business to investigate an indecent exposure case. The victim had found material placed at the front door of the business containing sexually explicit photos. The case was investigated, a suspect was located and charged.
June 26 - While on a traffic stop, officers found suspected illegal narcotics. The driver was arrested and charges filed.
June 26 - A report was filed of a stolen cell phone.
June 26 - Officers assisted the Department of Corrections in locating and placing into custody a parole violator. The subject was placed into custody without incident.
June 28 - A harassment report was made to the police. An investigation is still in progress.
June 29 - Officers responded to the wooded area behind the 26500 block of NE Cherry Valley Rd in reference to several juveniles in the woods drinking and using drugs. When the officers arrived there was no one to be found but several empty beer cans and other paraphernalia used for smoking drugs were located. The paraphernalia was collected and discarded properly at the police station.
June 30 - Officers received a report of several juveniles trespassing. Upon arrival in the area officers contacted the juveniles and found that one of them had been drinking alcoholic beverages. The juvenile was placed into custody and subsequently released to his parents.
