'Taming of the Shrew' to be performed in Fall City

The Fall City Arts Council presents the Taming of the Shrew, by William Shakespeare, performed by GreenStage, "Seattle's Shakespeare in the park company," Friday evening, Aug. 2, at 8 p.m.
   The play will be performed outdoors at the Snoqualmie Falls Forest Theater, at the foot of the beautiful Snoqualmie Falls, in a natural amphitheater meadow.
   This performance is free with donations to benefit the Fall City Arts Council. For information, call (425) 222-6004. This will be a family friendly event.
   Children are encouraged to attend.
   Short lawn chairs or blanket, and picnic basket are recommended. Plan for inclement weather.
   Snoqualmie Falls Forest Theater and Family Park (www.forest theater.org) is located at 36800 SE David Powell Road, Fall City.
