   July 31: A man in the 14200 block of Northeast 171st came out in the morning to find his rear driver's side window broken. The man told police that a tool kit was missing. Neighbors reported seeing two males loitering in the area. Witnesses gave police the license plate number of the white Jeep Wrangler. Police will be contacting persons of interest.
   July 29: Employees parked and locked their work van inside their business in the 19800 block of 141st Place Northeast. The next morning the owner arrived to find the van missing. He noticed the north side roll-up door was unlocked. The van was loaded with forty cases of thermal coffee mugs.
   July 28: During an outdoor concert, police contacted a man in a restricted part of the property. The man didn't have a ticket and said he came all the way from Idaho just to listen to the show.
   Police repeatedly asked the man to leave and when he refused, officers removed the man from the premises. Over the next few hours the man hovered around the outskirts of the property, but police and security kept a close eye on him.
   July 26: A suspect entered commercial property in the 15900 block of Woodinville-Redmond Road and took several hundred pounds of copper wire from a salvage bin. Police suspect that the thief was interrupted because they found wire left behind and scattered on the ground.
