Kenmore Art Show
The 4th annual Kenmore Art Show will be held Aug. 24-Sept. 1 from 2-8 p.m. daily at the Northlake Lutheran Church, 6620 NE 185th St., Kenmore. Over 1,800 artists in the greater Seattle area have been invited to submit entries to this juried show that is sponsored by the Arts of Kenmore, a non-profit corporation.
Some 250 items will be selected by the jurors and displayed in four categories: Paintings and Drawings, Sculpture, Photography and Artisan Crafts. Also, elementary school work from Kenmore will be shown.
A guest artist, William Bond from Auburn, has been invited to exhibit this year for the first time. Bond will show approximately 12 pieces that will all be for sale. His work has been displayed at the Runnings Gallery, Frye Art Museum, Michael Pierce Gallery and Arts West in Seattle and at the White Dove Gallery in Tacoma.
There will be music most evenings at 7 p.m. There is no admission charge.
