Paul Brendle dies
According to King County Sheriff's Office spokesman Sgt. Greg Dymerski, the body of 55-year-old Paul Brendle was found last Wednesday, Aug. 7, in a car parked in the Woodinville Library parking lot. Brendle was a popular traffic reporter for KIRO radio in the 80s and 90s. He was a Snohomish County resident.
Brendle is survived by his wife, JoAnne; two children, Tonjia Brendle of Los Angeles and Paul W. Brendle III of Woodinville.
A representative of the King County Medical Examiner's Office said the death by carbon-monoxide poisoning was ruled a suicide.
