Kindermusik at Snips and Snails

Two Carnation women entrepreneurs will benefit children and families of the Snoqualmie Valley with their combined talents this summer and fall.
Linda Sebenius of Sebenius Music Services is a 13-year resident of Carnation and teacher of the Kindermusik Curriculum and will be offering classes for the 18-month- old through six-year-old at Snips and Snails.
Snips and Snails is owned by Carnation resident Kimberly Gilreath and is a children's consignment shop located in downtown Carnation (and across from Ixtapa).
Linda and Kim began their collaboration by offering a summer class the week of August 12 - 16 called Creatures of the Ocean, a fun dive into singing songs about sailing, playing instruments with folk songs and dancing like an octopus. The fun continues as the fall classes begin the week of Sept. 9.
For registration information, contact Miss Linda at (425) 880-4987 or e-mail seben@msn.com.
An award-winning composer and flutist, Miss Linda can also be found performing on Northwest stages as part of the singing duo Identical Harmony ( HYPERLINK "http://www.identicalharmony.com" www.identicalharmony.com) with her twin sister Lisa Cole. The twins just completed over 30 sold-out shows with the Seattle Symphony Tiny Tots.
Kimberly, formerly an elementary teacher and now a business owner and mother of toddler Izzy, especially understands the need for quality children's apparel at reasonable prices.
