Fall Harvest Festival at Molbak's
To welcome fall, Molbak's is celebrating with the second annual Fall Harvest Festival. This free event takes place at Molbak's in Woodinville on the weekends of Oct. 12-13, and Oct. 19- 20 from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturdays and 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays.
The Festival will feature cooking demonstrations by noted area chefs, Floral Fairyland performances, and Oktoberfest beer tasting benefiting the Washington Park Arboretum.
Well-known horticulturist and KIRO radio personality, Ciscoe Morris will share how to care for fruit trees and give tips for fall planting. Other garden seminars that will be offered include "Putting the Perennial Garden to Bed for the Winter" with Carrie Becker, Edmonds Community College educator and Northwest Perennial Alliance member; and "Creating Backyard Wildlife Habitats" and "Basic Orchid Care" with Molbak's specialists.
Vistors can enter to win dinner for two aboard the Spirit of Washington Dinner Train.
