Local teen sets new technology buzz

Seth Wall of Carnation joined more than 1,000 secondary school students from around the world for The International Summit of Young Technology Leaders (YTL Summit) that took place in Austin, Texas from July 7 through 16.
   Designed to introduce exceptional students to careers in the ever-changing industry of technology, the YTL Summit also pioneered relationships between these students and the business leaders and technology gurus of today.
   The YTL Summit featured seminars led by technology professionals focusing on such topics as programming, gaming, web design and virtual reality, among others.
   The YTL Summit is sponsored by Envision EMI, an education, management and marketing company. Founded in 1989, Envision EMI has offices in Washington, D.C. and Austin, Texas, and is built on principles that educate, motivate and inspire young people to realize their full potential.
   Seth is an honors student at Bellevue Christian High School in Clyde Hill.
