The 2002 season closes with the annual Oktoberfest and Holiday Show at the Woodinville Farmers Market, Saturday, October 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Enjoy a fall bounty of fruit, vegetables and, of course, loads of pumpkins.
New this year is a Pumpkin Carving Contest. Entries must be received by 1 p.m. in either the adult or children's category. Winners will be announced and prizes awarded at 1:30 p.m. Prize for the adult category is a $20 Market certificate and in the kids category, a $10 gift certificate from Baskin-Robbins. Treats will be given to all children who enter the contest. Hot apple cider and donuts will also be available throughout the day at no charge.
ÊMarket vendors provide Puget Sound Fresh produce, flowers, gourmet foods and unique art, offering quality products with Northwest style. The Holiday Show will feature specialty items for your fall and winter events. Vendor space is still available for $30 by calling 425-485-1042.
