Woodinville, Inglemoor, Bothell all winners in 4A play

REDMOND - Austin Matsui made the difference last Friday night in 4A Kingco play at Redmond High School as he scored in the final 18 seconds giving the Woodinville Falcons (5-0) a hard-won victory over the Redmond Mustangs 41-40.
Making up for a fumble on his own 29-yard line earlier that resulted in a Redmond touchdown and a failed extra point attempt, Matsui redeemed himself by racing up the middle for 40 yards and a touchdown.
A PAT by reliable Bryce Wenker gave the Falcons a 35-34 advantage.
But Redmond didn't call it quits scoring once more leaving 2:27 left for Woodinville to answer, which Matsui did.
Falcon quarterback Michael-Ryan Pattison was 7-12 for 92 yards.
Mark Thompson had five receptions for 61 yards and a touchdown.
Woodinville plays unbeaten Bothell this Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Pop Keeney Stadium.
