Going Out -Crafts, bazaars, gifts for the holidays

     The 22nd annual Woodinville Country Christmas Craft Fair, sponsored by the Northshore School District's Special Education Parents Advisory Council (SEPAC), will be held Saturday, Nov. 2, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Woodmoor Elementary School, 12225 NE 180th in Bothell. The work of over 80 local artists is featured at the event.
   The fair serves as a fund-raiser for special education students in the school district. Money goes toward summer school scholarships, resource library materials and other needs for the program.
   Green Acres Park will hold their annual Holiday Bazaar Saturday, Nov. 9, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Clubhouse, 23825 15th SE in Bothell. Featured will be handmade gifts, Christmas decorations, houseplants, raffles, homemade bakery goods. Proceeds will be donated to Evergreen Hospital Medic One and Bothell Fire Department Aid Unit.
   The Craft Club of Wandering Creek Mobile Homes Park will present their annual Bazaar and Bake Sale Nov. 2 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the clubhouse west of the Bothell-Everett Highway on 240th SW and 8th W.
   Everything at the sale is hand-crafted by the park seniors or their family members or friends. Featured again this year will by the group's signature (dry) bean soup offered for sale and served as a lunch item.
   The Bothell Sons of Norway will hold their Bazaar, Bake Sale and Luncheon Saturday, Nov. 2, at 23905 Bothell-Everett Highway. For details, call (206) 546-2962.
   Crafts in the Barn, sponsored by the Issaquah Women's Club, will be held Friday, Nov. 1, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 2, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Pickering Farm, 1730 10th Ave. NW in Issaquah. This fall and holiday gift show features crafts from over 60 artisans including pottery, stained glass, cards, candles, jewelry, baskets, seasonal items and white elephants.
   Red Ribbons and Reindeer presents its 15th annual Christmas Craft Show Wednesday, Nov. 6, from 4 to 9 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, Nov. 7-8, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 9, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Hollywood Schoolhouse in Woodinville, 14810 NE 145th. Artisans will be selling Christmas gifts and decorations, Thanksgiving decorating items, gift foods. Spiced cider sales will benefit the Children's Orthopedic Guild.
   The Foss Home and Village Bazaar will be held Friday, Nov. 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 9, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 13023 Greenwood Ave. North, Seattle. Christmas decorations, handmade gifts, Scandinavian food and white elephant items will be featured.
   Hollywood Schoolhouse, 14810 NE 145th St. in Woodinville will be the site of the 31st annual Holiday Boutique Nov. 14-16 from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Over 80 local artists are taking part.
   The Holiday Snohomish Saturday Market will feature handmade, home grown or hand-gathered items Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Snohomish High School Commons and cafeteria on Avenue D at 6th Street. Holiday items, decorations, pottery, baked goods, pastries and jewelry will be offered for sale.
