Falcons trounce Eastlake Wolves on way to playoffs

BOTHELL - The Woodinville Falcons (7-1, 8-1) left little doubt they are headed for the playoffs as they soundly defeated Eastlake High School (5-3, 5-4) last Thursday at Pop Keeney Stadium in Kingco 4A play.
   Led by Matt Tuiasosopo, Woodinville not only dominated the scoreboard, but also the game stats. The Falcons outgained Eastlake by a whopping 500-141.
   Tui gained 119 yards on eight carries and was perfect in the passing department with 7 attempts and the same number of completions for 128 yards. In addition, he rushed for three touchdowns and passed to Casey Priseman and Mark Thompson for two more.
   Austin Matsui ran for 74 yards for another TD.
   Michael-Ryan Pattison led the Falcons during the second half proving their depth at the quarterback position.
   Woodinville enters the playoffs next Friday as the 4A Kingco Conference number two team.
   They meet defending state champs, Kentwood, the South Puget Sound League (SPSl) #2 team at Pop Keeney Field in Bothell on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 4 p.m.
