New commission would address homeless encampments



The day Tent City 4 moved to St. Brendan Parish property in Bothell, King County Councilwoman Carolyn Edmonds (District 1) introduced an ordinance that would create an advisory task force on homeless encampments to provide a public process for the siting of such encampments.
