Woodinville Rep 101520

In a first-time virtual production, the Woodinville Repertory Theatre will be showing a contemporary re-imagining of Shakespeare’s comedy “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” starting Wednesday, Oct. 17.

This multi-media theatre experience is available for viewing on the Woodinville Rep website, www.woodinvillerep.org.

The show features original music by Charlie Sandford and familiar Woodinville locals, along with some long-time WRT performers and newcomers to the virtual stage. The cast includes Sara Geiger as Bottom, Bjorn Whitney as Peter Quince, Ben Steitzer as Flute, Drew David Combs as Snout, Gabriela Noble as Snug, and Matthew Fisher as Starveling.

The production premieres online at 7:30 p.m. from any device with a screen. Viewers can watch it again anytime by going back to the website.

Woodinville Rep is sticking to a donation-based “pay what you can” system to support the local theatre and future productions.
