HIT-AND-RUN COLLISION –
14500 WOODINVILLE REDMOND RD NE, Woodinville: On Aug. 15, at 5:44 p.m., a victim and witness reported a hit-and-run collision to a parked car in a parking lot. Deputies investigated and located the suspect and suspect vehicle.
MENTAL HEALTH COMPLAINT–
17800 140TH AVE NE, Woodinville: On Aug. 15, around 11:30 a.m., a person in crisis caused a disturbance on a bus. Deputies arrived and involuntarily committed the person to the hospital for further assistance.
LARCENY (SHOPLIFT) –
14000 NE WOODINVILLE DUVALL RD, Woodinville: On Aug. 17, at 4:07 p.m., a suspect shoplifted merchandise. Deputies were able to review video of the event right away and submitted the suspect’s info county-wide for an attempt to identify him.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY –
17600 GARDEN WAY NE WOODINVILLE, Woodinville: On Aug. 18, at 2:35 a.m., deputies observed a suspicious vehicle with several people walking into a store with several large empty bags. These people saw the deputies shortly after and ran out of the store’s emergency exit. Upon further investigation, the vehicle’s plates were confiscated (did not belong on the car) and associated people with the vehicle had numerous warrants for their arrest. They were not located.
LARCENY (SHOPLIFT) –
14000 NE WOODINVILLE DUVALL RD, Woodinville: On Aug. 19 around 3:20 p.m., a suspect shoplifted numerous articles of clothing from a store and used a device that defeated the sensors/alarm devices on the items. A suspect vehicle description was provided and case submitted to a detective.
BPD WARRANTS & ILLEGAL CAMPING –
On ramp to S/B I-405 from N/B SR 527 SE: On Aug. 16 around 1:28 p.m., officers contacted two illegal campsites set up in the wooded area of the on ramp to Southbound I-405 from Northbound SR 527 SE. Officers contacted a male subject who had 2 warrants for his arrest. An officer took the subject into custody, transported, and booked him into jail.
BRICKYARD PARK & RIDE: On Aug. 16 at 7:09 p.m., a Honda Civic catalytic converter theft was reported. Occurred sometime during the day.
CANYON PARK BANK OF AMERICA: On Aug. 17, at 10:23 a.m., officers responded to a report of an angry subject inside the business yelling at employees. The reporting party stated that they wanted to have the subject trespassed from the location. Upon arrival, officers determined that the subject had an overdrawn bank account. Officers trespassed the subject from the location.
3800 Block Monte Villa Pkwy: On Aug. 17 at 1:29 p.m., officers responded to a report of a male subject who came out of the bushes, pointed a black handgun at the reporting party (RP) and said “stop following me!” The RP raised their hands and backed away slowly. After turning the corner, the RP ran back to their office and called 911. The RP last observed the suspect walking east bound on Monte Villa Pkwy. Officers conducted an area check but were met with negative results.
