Larceny - 

14000 NE Woodinville Duvall Rd – On 07-24-2021 at approximately 7:30 PM a suspect shoplifted merchandise from a department store. Video surveillance was obtained, and police are trying to identify the suspect. 

Commercial Burglary -

16400 NE Woodinville Duvall Rd – On 07/24/2021 at approximately 8:30 PM a suspect forced entry into a storage shed belonging to a business and stole tools. Video surveillance was provided to the police and the investigation is ongoing. 

Stolen Vehicle -

17100 140th Ave NE – On 07/25/2021 at approximately 6:30 p.m., a victim reported their vehicle was stolen. The vehicle was later located, and police learned it was erroneously reported stolen as another family member had taken it. 

Domestic Violence Assault -

12600 NE Woodinville Dr – On 07/25/2021 at approximately 7 p.m. Deputies responded to an assault that had just occurred. The suspect had already left the scene and the case was sent to the prosecutor for charging. Police learned an additional assault had occurred in the City of Bothell and Bothell Police responded to assist with the investigation.

Larceny -

14000 NE 181st ST – On 07/26/2021 at approximately 8:00 AM Police investigated a vehicle prowl believed to have occurred over the weekend. The victim had various items related to their job stolen from the vehicle which was parked on the street with the doors likely left unlocked. 

Vehicle Prowl -

19000 Woodinville Snohomish Rd – On 07/27/2021 at approximately 7:30 AM a suspect in a previous stolen vehicle case returned to the same location, driving the same stolen vehicle, and prowled multiple vehicles. Video surveillance was provided to the police and the investigation is ongoing.

Vehicle Collision -

20100 Woodinville Snohomish Rd – On 07/27/2021 at approximately 1:00 PM police responded to a blocking three car injury collision. One driver was issued a citation. 

Larceny -

14200 NE 171st ST – On 07/27/2021 at approximately 4:30 p.m. a victim reported her catalytic converter was stolen from her vehicle over the weekend. 




12600 Block NE 108th St: On July 12 at around 1 a.m., officers responded to a report of a domestic where the RP reported his wife was “going crazy.” Through officers’ investigation, officers learned no crime had occurred. The RP was upset his wife was talking to him “mean” and wanted officers to tell her to stop. The PD has prior history with the couple.


22800 Block 15th Ave SE: On July 12, at 9:54 p.m., officers were dispatched to a “rolling DV” occurring between a male and a female subject. Before officers arrived at the scene, they were informed the male subject exited the vehicle, and he was running S/B on 15th Ave SE. The female subject told officers the male subject ran back to his house. Officers established PC to arrest the male subject for Assault 4th Degree (DV). Officers went to the questioned house and knocked on the door, but there was no answer. A K-9 track confirmed the male subject went to the house. A search/arrest warrant was obtained and served. The male subject was taken into custody without any issues. He was booked into jail for Assault 4th Degree (DV).


21600 Block 9th Pl W: On July 13 at 9L35 p.m., a RP reported her mother was strangled by her father with a rope. Officers arrived and found the victim conscious with rope marks around her neck. The suspect was located and arrested. He was booked into jail on Assault 2 charges.


17100 Block 117th Ct NE: On July 14, at 10:57 a.m., dispatch advised of a Paper Violation in the listed location.  There have been numerous disturbance calls at the location over the last two years.  Officers determined that there was now a valid, served order in place between the male subjects involved.  Upon arrival, an officer observed the Respondent exiting the Petitioner's residence. The Respondent admitted to knowing there was an order in place barring him from being at the residence. The Respondent was arrested for the Anti-Harassment Order violation then transported and booked into jail without incident. 


SIX OAKS APARTMENTS: On July 14, at 11:39 a.m., officers responded to a harassment call where the RP reported a resident of the Six Oaks Apartments had called him and his husband “faggots”, and then balled his fist and began advancing on the two victims. The RP and his husband backed out of the area and called 911. Both victims believed the suspect in this case intended to assault them while expressing himself through hateful speech. This information was also verified by a third party who was not involved. The suspect was taken into custody and booked into jail for violation of RCW 9A.36.080 – Hate Crime. 


18400 Block 120th Ave NE: On July 15 at around 4:40 a.m., Dispatch advised of a “Rolling DV” with the RP still following.  The RP is a security guard who observed a male attempt to pull a female from the driver seat in a parking lot in Kirkland.  The female ran from the driver’s seat to the passenger seat with the male suspect then driving off.  While driving away, the RP believed a physical assault was ongoing inside the vehicle. The RP followed the vehicle up I-405N into the city of Bothell. Officers found the vehicle parked in the Home Depot parking lot and contacted the female who was crying in the front passenger seat.  The male suspect, who had a large aggressive dog on a leash, was observed walking away from the vehicle.  The suspect had a misdemeanor warrant out of Redmond, but it was declined.  The victim stated that the suspect punched her.  A clearly visible welt was observed on the victim’s right temple. Officers determined there was PC for Assault 4 DV. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail for Assault 4 DV without incident.
