ASSAULT IN THE NUDE – 14000 NE 181ST ST, Woodinville: On Nov. 18, at about 12:40 a.m., a homeowner (condominium complex) confronted a group of nude individuals who were using the community hot tub during closed hours. During their argument, several members of the group attacked the homeowner causing injuries. The case is under investigation. 

SHOPLIFT – 14000 NE 175TH ST, Woodinville: On Nov. 17, at about 8:05 p.m., four suspects were involved in a shoplift. The store’s loss prevention was alerted to the suspects when alarms were cut (audible alarm noise), but they did not call 911 until the suspects left the store. While deputies were enroute, the suspects left in a stolen U-Haul moving truck. Loss prevention advised they are not allowed to call 911 until a crime has been committed. 

DAMAGED CAR SCAM – 17300 140TH AVE NE, Woodinville: On Nov. 17, around 5:04 p.m., a driver was flagged down by someone and was told their bumper was loose. That person offered to fix the bumper for a small fee. The driver refused and drove away. Woodinville PD later got another report of a similar incident on Nov. 15, where a victim stopped her vehicle after being flagged down. She was told her bumper was loose. She allowed that individual to drive her vehicle down the street to fix it. The suspect brought her car back shortly after and told her, “No charge for the fix.” She later realized her money and cell phone were stolen from her car. Case information was submitted to the crime analyst for similar incidents in the area. The case is under investigation. 

CAR PROWL – 13000 NE 202ND PL, Woodinville: On Nov. 15, at about 6:06 p.m., a victim’s parked and unlocked vehicle was prowled overnight. Suspect(s) stole the garage door opener and other valuable items.  

BIKE THEFTS – 17100 133RD AVE NE, Woodinville: On Nov. 13, around 10:28 a.m., several victims reported bicycle thefts from an apartment complex. Video evidence and suspect information was obtained. The suspects were identified and the case was forwarded to a detective for follow up.
