The Woodinville Weekly, in partnership with the Sammamish Valley Grange, will be holding a forum for Northshore School Board candidates on Thursday, July 15 at the Grange.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the forum will begin at 7 p.m. The event will be streamed through Facebook Live on the Weekly's account.

The forum is open to the public, and all ages are invited to attend. This will be a non-partisan forum, in which each candidate will be asked the same questions and have the same time to answer. Weekly Editor Laura Guido will moderate.

There are three open positions on the school board, and 11 candidates have filed to run this year. All candidates have been invited.

The primary is scheduled for Aug. 3, with ballots set to be mailed out on July 16, according to the state election office. The general election is Nov. 2.

To submit potential questions for the candidates, email editor@nwnews.com.
