Terry Beedle

June 30, 1942-

September 20, 2019

Terry passed on September 20, 2019. He was born June 30, 1942, and spent his childhood in Indiana.

Terry served in the Navy on the USS Dixie in the early seventies. Following the Navy, he married and had three children.

Terry had a sharp mind and an amazing memory. He had many talents: he was an auto mechanic, was proficient at solving most anything having to do with electrical or plumbing, loved sailing and beekeeping and was a fire walker just to name a few. He was also a Ham Radio Operator and enjoyed attending the annual Field Day for Ham Radio Operators.

Terry graduated from the International Assembly of Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards Congregations.

He was a member of the VFW 2995 and Fraternal Order of Eagles 2681 and Fraternal Order of Eagles 3995. He loved spending time with his friends playing Bingo and Pinochle.

In his later years, Terry spent a great deal of time at the Sno-Valley Senior Center where he loved to socialize, playing many games of dominoes and scrabble. He served on the board of the Sno-Valley Senior Center for several years.

Terry is survived by his three children; John, Mark and Troy, and grandchildren Donald and Twana.

Terry had many friends and was known by many as “Grandpa” and “Cupcake.” He had a heart of gold and would help anyone he could. Terry will be greatly missed.

A celebration of Terry’s life will be held on Friday, November 1, at 1 p.m. at Carnation-Sno-Valley Senior Center, 4610 Stephens Ave, Carnation, Wash.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Carnation Sno-Valley Senior Center.
