1. Crisis call – 18600 160th Ave NE – On 01/27/2023, around 12:10PM, deputies and Fire responded to a report of a suicide attempt. The patient intentionally cut themself in the neck, but it fortunately turned out to be non-life threatening. They had late-stage dementia, which appeared to have triggered the event. Deputies and paramedics spoke with the patient and family until an ambulance arrived for transport to the hospital for treatment.

2. Larceny – 18200 Woodinville-Snohomish Rd – On 01/30/2023, a residential complex reported an unknown person went into the office and stole electronics and keys over the weekend. The manner of entry is being investigated. The building has been rekeyed and this case has been assigned to a detective.

3. Larceny – 18800 Woodinville-Snohomish Rd – On 01/30/2023, a contractor doing ongoing work in the area reported that someone stole their trailer parked here since the 15th. The suspect(s) are believed to have taken the trailer between the 15th and 22nd.

4. Missing Person / Located – 18500 132nd Pl NE – On 01/31/2023, at 12:33AM, dispatch took a report and entered a person as missing from their home. The family was concerned about their mental state due to some ambiguous statements and mental health history. Deputies followed up with the family and eventually took a call from King County Mental Health at 11:47AM, reporting the missing person was safe and being taken care of at a local hospital after checking themself in. The family was notified.

5. Death Investigation – 15300 NE 201st St – On 02/01/2023, at 4:00AM, a medical emergency was reported in a residence. After a coordinated fire and deputy response, it was quickly determined to be an obvious death. Investigation revealed nothing immediately suspicious or concerning. It initially appears to be from natural causes and the King County Medical Examiner took over the investigation.

6. Larceny / Recovered Equipment – NE NORTH WOODINVILLE WAY – On 02/01/2023, around 3:34PM, deputies responded with a business owner from Kirkland to recover a large piece of machinery at a commercial location off the above roadway. The equipment was previously reported stolen to Kirkland PD and had a GPS tracker on it. The investigation is ongoing.

7. Attempted Burglary – 18000 GARDEN WAY NE – On 02/02/2023, an employee found the back door to the business heavily damaged after someone tried to make entry overnight. They were not successful, due to quality anti-theft door features.

8. Larceny / Car Parts – 17400 133rd AVE NE – Overnight, on 02/02/2023, a resident had their catalytic converter cut from their vehicle in the parking lot.
