CODE COMPLIANCE / 23-4228 – 18800 Block 92nd Ave NE & 21800 Block 3rd Ave SE – On March 7, 2023, at 5:32 a.m., officers assisted Code Compliance for safety reasons while they followed up with the above listed addresses. One subject demonstrated a small level of compliance and will continue to work the Code Compliance. One subject demonstrated they were not in compliance and was given 24 hours to do so or their residence would be “red tagged”. Code compliance will continue to follow up with both subjects.

FIR / 23-4254 – 9400 Block NE 173rd St – On March 7, 2023, at 5:14 p.m., the RP reported seeing a suspicious subject going door to door in the neighborhood. The subject was associated to a distinctive vehicle, and officers were able to locate the vehicle and two associated subjects. The subject and the subjects associate said they were going door to door offering their services for gutter cleaning. The RP said they observed the couple only going to houses that looked unoccupied and looking into the residence. Through officer’s investigation, it was determined no crime had occurred, and the vehicle was registered to an address off a nearby street.

ASSIST / 23-4309 – 21800 Block 3rd Ave SE – On March 8, 2023, at 12:11 p.m., officers assisted Code Compliance at this residence again, in which Code Compliance had deemed it uninhabitable due to safety concerns. Officers located two subjects on the property and told them they had to leave. Code Compliance put a red tag notice on the front door, stating people are prohibited from occupying the residence. The property owner arrived and said they will be working on boarding up the residence.
